Packages Include: A Zoom consultation plus email support to help finalize your looks and wardrobe. You’ll receive a Dropbox link with high-resolution images within five business days of your headshot session. Please be sure to open and download the images on a computer for best results.

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required for all Packages to hold the session date.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: The $150 deposit will apply to any cancellations or rescheduling made 1–4 business days before the scheduled session (weekends and holidays excluded). Should I need to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, I will also honor this policy and refund your deposit. I value your time, and I understand that short-notice cancellations impact our schedules and income.

When you arrive, we’ll spend about 20 minutes finalizing your outfit and choosing backgrounds. Then, it’s go-time! You’ll have one focused Power Hour to capture your best.

As your photographer, I ensure all technical elements, like exposure, lighting, and processing, are optimized to deliver the best quality. However, you are responsible for your marketing strategy, wardrobe, hair, makeup, and overall vibe. Being a digital setup, you’ll have the chance to review and adjust as needed throughout the session—this is your time to perfect the look you want. You’re in charge of the story you want to tell, and I’ll guide and direct you to bring it to life. If a suggested pose or direction doesn’t resonate with you, you’re always free to say no.

Given this collaborative approach, please note that refunds or complimentary re-shoots will not be available. Also please read this document, sign and email it to info@verofoto.com before your session.
